Christmas celebrations started early this year. Thanks to Skype, I was able to open gifts with my family this afternoon despite the fact that we are 3,700 miles apart. The festivities brought a mixture of emotions and blurry images, due to a combination of more tears than usual and a poor internet connection. I loved every second and am especially thankful for technology this Christmas. Here are some of my favorite screenshots.

I am so thankful for the technology to have all of us “together”. But, oh what I would have given to have a good Brittany hug from you. Miss you sister and love you more than you know.
Britters, I love this! I’m so thankful that technology was able to give you a little piece of home. God is good to provide you with that sweet little gift. Praying for you and miss you dear friend!
